FAQs

  • ATCK Fitness was created with you in mind! Based off community and encouragement, we have designed our classes to provide a full body workout. With an emphasis on kickboxing, we provide total body conditioning in 1 hour.
  • Each class is started with a 10 min HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that targets every area of the body.
  • Our rounds are broken out into 5 rounds that are 4 minutes each. Keeping symmetry in mind, our rounds are designed to work on the same combination for two minutes of the left lead then switch for the final 2 minutes on the right lead.
  • Each class ends with glove work whether with a partner or without and a final challenge.
  • There are two stretches built in to ensure optimal muscle use and recovery.
  • There are over 365 class plans per year to ensure that you never get the same class twice!
  • Our coaches rotate class times, to give you a variety of styles & expertise.
  • We can’t wait to meet you! Upon your initial phone call with one of our amazing coaches, we will direct you to SIGN UP to set up an account on our member platform. Once you create an account, visit us on the Apple App Store or Google Play to download our FREE app!
  • We ask everyone to arrive 30 minutes early for your first class, unless otherwise directed by a coach in the studio you will be visiting.
  • You will be greeted upon entry and our coaches will handle it from there!
  • We are beginner friendly, no experience necessary! We will show you the ropes, and teach you correct form and technique day 1 and throughout your fitness journey with us!
  • Things are going to get pretty sweaty pretty fast! We ask that you wear comfortable clothing, nothing too hot or too baggy as it may restrict movement. Typically tank top, t-shirt, compression leggings or shorts, or basketball shorts are what we recommend.
  • Bring a bottle of water with you, to ensure you stay hydrated all class long!
  • Hand wraps if you have them! We also sell them in our pro-shop for competitive prices
  • Boxing Gloves (must cover full hand). We also have starter gloves for sale in studio if you need to purchase!
  • We also ask, if you have asthma, to please bring your inhaler with you to your first class.
  • Bring a smile and a sense of humor and you are good to go!
  • Log in to your Member Account, select your preferred studio by clicking on the location button on the top left and select your class time. You will then be able to book based on availability.
  • If a class is full, you will be asked to be added on to the waitlist, which will then notify you if your desired class has an available spot.
  • All members and trial members have the ability to book 7 days in advance.
  • Class booking closes 1 hour to the start of a given class time.
  • Classes must be cancelled within 2 hours of the class start time or a late cancel fee of $10 will be assessed to your account.

  • Our program is beginner friendly and can be modified to fit most fitness lifestyles.
  • We host members of every age group, background, fitness level and beyond. The program is made to mold to your speed.
  • If you have asthma or a prescribed inhaler, we do ask that you bring it to class with you. Even if you do not use it, we always want to ensure your safety!
  • If you have a serious underlying health condition, we do advise you consult with your doctor before trying us out.
  • Our program is beginner friendly and can be modified to fit most fitness lifestyles.
  • We host members of every age group, background, fitness level and beyond. The program is made to mold to your speed.
  • No equipment necessary! Our 10-minute HIIT warm up at the beginning of every class consists of body weight exercises. We provide the bags. Gloves and hand wraps are available for purchase in all of our studios!
  • Each of our studios do have locker rooms, designated changing areas and restrooms.
  • Showers are available in our Quincy and Saugus locations.
  • Members and trial members must cancel 2 hours prior to the start of the class time. Members will be charged a $10 late cancel feel if done after the 2 hour grace window. Trial members (non-members) will forfeit their class.
  • If you have not checked in at least 5 minutes prior to class, your spot will be released to someone on the waitlist and you will incur a late cancel fee.  
  • No shows will be assessed using the same cancellation policy as late cancel.
  • If a class is full at the time of booking, you can opt to join our waitlist. If someone cancels, you will automatically be put into the open spot. 
  • The waitlist spots are done in order of when you were added to the waitlist.
  • If you are added from the waitlist and don’t attend the class, a late cancel fee may be applied if not cancelled or forfeited within the cancel window.
  • If you wish to remove yourself from the waitlist at any time. Log in to your Member account, select “classes,” find the class you wish to remove and click cancel.
  • We offer tons of packages that should fit any lifestyle. Any of our packages can be purchased in studio or by creating or logging into your Member account.
  • Upon checkout for your membership, you will be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions for the package you chose.
